Österlen in the south of Sweden…... our home at Ateljé Ekberga. The pastoral landscape, the sea and the villages. Gryts archipelago in the Baltics with thousands of small islands. The cliffs, the wildlife, the weather and the seasons. Lapland in the north ... the vast wilderness, the beautiful silence, and to see my gordonsetters stretch out on the mountain. Australia ... my second homeland. The great contrasts, the fresh scents and the vegetation.

I want to share with you my feelings and experiences through colors and light. Organic shapes, and lines of the countryside connects into images. Silhouettes of people, and animals find their way into my paintings. These paintings reflect my world, and this is what I want to sharenwith you. My desire is to invite you to magical world where you can dream and discover.

During several years I have been selected to participate in many international and national juried watercolour exhibitions e.g. the Nordic Watercolour Society, Edsvik Watercolor Art Exhibitions, as well as Väsby Watercolour Exhibitions.

I have also had the honor of being selected to represent Sweden at the International Watercolor Exhibition in Llanca, Spain organised by the European Confederation of Watercolour Societies. Other major exhibitions include Edsvik Juried Autumn Exhibition, Östergötland County Museum and the Art Gallery of Landskrona.

A new and exciting project is that I will be a juror for a series of juried exhibitions at Galleri Fågel, Beddingestrand, together with art professor Birgitta Reuterskiöld and art critic Thomas Millroth.

The most well-known and largest annual art fair in Sweden - “Konstrundan Österlen”, is held every year during the Easter week. During the week most local artist open up their studios, and homes to visitors. It is very appreciated by the art audience. As my art studio, Ateljé Ekberga, is situated in the heart of the Österlen area, I have the fortune to welcome and meet many art lovers.

Solo exhibitions and group exhibitions are also organized by the gallery owners who represents me across Sweden. They always have a selection of my original works and prints for display, and sale.
